We've been using these guys for over a year to maintain our air conditioning units and they get the job done. I like how they are proactive in reminding us when we're due for an appointment, as it's really hard to keep track of time with our nonstop schedules and Singapore's constant tropical environment. (Seriously, when there's only one season the entire year, it is IMPOSSIBLE to know how long ago things happened. Did we hang out last weekend or 2 months ago? Totally a valid question!)When they do the servicing, it's usually a crew of 2-3 people. They thoroughly clean inside the unit and alert you if anything needs to be fixed or replaced. They're always fully booked, so appointments are normally made a few days to a week in advance. But if it's an emergency, they make a good effort in trying to fit you in. It seems like someone always cancels, so if you're lucky enough to be able to stay at home the entire day, you might be able to get servicing same day or next day.Their communication is both good and bad. Let's start with the bad: first, the receptionists talk way too quickly. I've lived here long enough to catch the nuances and know what they're saying, but if you're new to Singapore or your English is not very good, it can be really difficult to understand them over the phone.Sometimes, they're not good in estimating when the crew will arrive. Believe it or not, the crews arrive WAY earlier than expected! This may be a good thing for some people, but it's thrown me off a lot because usually I plan on getting cash beforehand or tidying up the apartment and boom, they show up half an hour earlier. One time, I was told my appointment would be at 1 PM, but the crew ended up arriving at 11:30 AM! They did gave me a heads up, but only when they were 10 minutes away.To make up for the bad timing, I will say they are good at communicating pricing and turnaround time. One of our units had an electrical issue, which required them to take a few parts back to the shop, and they were able to give me the price (though without GST... so make sure you have a little more cash on hand) and the turnaround time.Overall, decent company to work with.
